The bakery brand “LE BIHAN” operated by Edelweiss Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Chairman: Takeshi Hiyaro, President: Yoshiyuki Hiyaro) will open at JR East Japan Nippori Station building “Ecute” on June 11.

Named after Yanesen, a town known for cats, they have prepared cute cat-shaped bread baked with a slightly sweet dough!
They also have “Nippori Tamago Sand”, a thick-baked eggs and bonito flakes sandwich specially designed by the Ecute Nippori store.

Starting with special bread that can only be tasted at the Ecute Nippori store, such as the Danish series, the Baguette Traditionel that is baked in low temperature for long hours using authentic French flour, Guerrand salt, yeast and hard water is also what they are known for.
They also have “Croissant” which has a scent of butter folded into multiple layers.
Get the shop’s original tote bag with purchases of ¥1,080 or more (including tax)!
