Freshness Burger Celebrates Its 30th Anniversary with Kobe Beef

Kobe beef lover, don’t miss this chance! A Japanese hamburger chain “Freshness Burger” has launched “Kobe Beef Burger” this winter. This is a part of their 30th anniversary of founding.

They have featured Wagyu burger every winter and has been gaining popularity since their launch in 2014. But this year’s burger using Kobe beef patty that has a particularly soft and juicy texture. The plain Kobe beef burger and Kobe beef cheese burger will be available a limited time through January 17.

They feature a special patty using 100% Kobe beef for under ¥1,000.

“Domestic wasabi butter sauce” and “domestic watercress” are combined with the special patty.
The special sauce has a deep and mature taste, made by adding the spiciness of domestic minced wasabi to the rich Hokkaido butter sauce containing sake lees, accented with finely chopped wasabi. Domestic watercress adds faint and elegant bitterness.
