Gyoza Restaurant Opens in Tachikawa

A Michelin chef-led Gyoza restaurant “Tokyo Gyoza Stand Oolong” opened in Tachikawa Green Springs in March. They feature hand-wrapped dumplings devised by a Michelin chef and craft beer.

Why craft beer? Well, do you know NIHON BASHI BREWERY, a very popular beer restaurant in Nihonbashi? They serve craft beers by Trevor Bass, the brewer of the eco-brewery “HUB (Hop works Urban Brewery)” in Portland, USA. And the owner of the brewery opened Tokyo Gyoza Stand Oolong this time.
