InterContinental Tokyo Bay Launched Violet Oceanview Afternoon Tea
A luxury hotel in Tokyo Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay launched a violet and black-focused fashionable “Violet Ocean View Afternoon Tea” at Rainbow Bridge view dining & champagne bar Manhattan.
The French Dining Manhattan, which closed in the beginning of April reopened for a limited time today, on September 8.

This fall, they will serve sweets and savory based on violet and black to create a fashionable tea time. The sweets are accented with a bold-colored berry tart, with cassis macaroons, black chocolate shoes, blueberry cornet, and Jean-Douja lollipops with gorgeous purple gimoves. Freshly baked house-made purple potato scones and chocolate scones will be available.

Savory has a lineup of autumn tastes such as bright pink purple root celery and cold soup of beats, Manhattan special aged mini burger, mushroom quiche, eggplant and salmon terrine. You can enjoy 24 kinds of drinks. They also have colorful mocktail.
