The karaage specialty chain stores “Karayama” and “Yukari” will launch “Stamina Karaage” on August 28.

“Karaage” means “deep-fried”. We Japanese use the term mainly for “deep-fried chicken”. Their “Stamina Karaage” is garlic karaage chicken sprinkled with plenty of chives. The combination of crispy textured chives and juicy garlic is perfect not only for side dish but also for snacks.
