37 restaurants will gather from Kansai region
The Japanese department store Matsuzakaya Shizuoka location will have a food fair starting this Wednesday.
They will feature soul food in Osaka such as pork buns, takoyaki, squid oysters, skewered cutlet, okonomiyaki, and herekatsu sandwiches.
In addition, food from Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, Nara and Wakayama, carefully selected by Matsuzakaya buyers will line up at the fair.
Osaka: Danjiriya cream sand, Iseya store’s braised rice, Mariko dumplings, Tsurutontan, Uedaya’s beef tendon konnyaki, Osaka Tamade Aizuya’s takoyaki, Kushiyoshi main store’s skewered cutlet, squid yamagen , Kakuei’s Okonomiyaki, Herekatsu sandwich, etc.
Kyoto: Danish pastry, dango, sandwich, etc
Nara: Kakinoya sushi, etc
Kobe: Catalana, Kobe Beef bento, etc
Wakayama: Umeboshi (sour plum), etc
