Michelin Bib Gourmand Gyoza Restaurant Opens In Nagoya on November 1
A Gyoza specialty restaurant Gyoza Mania will open “Gyoza New Fushimi” on November 1. This is their first location in Tokai region. Their gyoza is reproduced based on the taste that the owner Amano fell in love with in Beijing. They serve fresh dumpling made to order!

The open kitchen style restaurant is full of entertainment that makes you feel like you have traveled to China!

All gyozas are “Freshly wrapped” made by stretching the skin after receiving an order. The juicy bean paste with full of umami is carefully wrapped in homemade skin with a crispy and chewy texture.
The specially aged wraps are used seperately for grilled dumplings and water dumplings.
The ultimate original dumplings born from the special golden ratio can be used as they are, or they can be combined with homemade chili oil with plenty of dried shrimp for a special combination.

Don’t miss the most popular grilled dumplings! Some items are limited to this location.
