Shimbashi Omelet Rice Restaurant “EGG BOMB” Launches New Menu!
Shimbashi’s “Otoko no Omurice EGG BOMB” launched a new menu on April 19 for both the lunch and dinner.

Who is Egg Bomb?
Egg Bomb is a custom omelet rice specialty store that prepares an omelet rice menu with your favorite portion with various toppings based on two types of omelet rice, fluffy type “soft” and regular lightly baked “hard”. Omelet rice is shortened “Omurice” in Japan.
How to Custom-order
(1) Egg hardness (2 types) x (2) Rice amount (5 types) x (3) Sauce type (2 types) + (4) topping combinations (11 types).
1. Egg hardness
There are 2 type of egg hardness.
Toro Toro Soft Omurice ¥720
A fluffy omelet rice with a scent of butter. The soft-boiled egg is exquisitely entwined with the rice.

Old-Fashioned Hard Omurice ¥720
Regular omelet rice wrapped in a soft and beautiful thinly roasted egg. Old-fashioned nostalgic taste.

They offer all sizes from 200g to 600g for the same price:
200g, 300g, 400g, 500g, 600g (flat rate)
