Virtual tour available
This summer, the World Heritage Site Nijo Castle will hold the Summer Festival “Nijo Castle x Naked Summer Special Light-up 2020” so visitors can enjoy the castle during the cool night hours.
This year, they will take measures against Covid-19 diseases such as specific day ticketing and entry restrictions.
Naked Co. will prepare VR content “NAKED NINJA -Nijo-jo Castle- (temporary name)” so that those who are not able to visit Nijo Castle can experience Nijo Castle at home.
*The contents and dates are subject to change or cancel due to the influence of the Covid-19.

Dates: August 8 through August 30, 2020
Time: 7pm-9:20pm (final exit at 10 pm)
Contents:
- Light-up at Karamon, Ninomaru Garden, Uchibori, Seiryuen
- AR experience using smartphone at Ninomaru Garden
- Online VR content where you can enjoy viewpoints and productions that you can not experience in the real world with images of various parts of the castle

- All tickets are designated with the day of entry.
- VR & goggles for VR content are available for purchase on the website “stores”. There is an additional shipping cost.
- Disability discount tickets are available for those with disability certificate, nursing notebook, war injury patient notebook, victim’s health notebook, mental illness health welfare notebook one caregiver. Present the certificate at the entrance ticket gate.
