It focuses on placing personal connection at the center of the hotel experience. The brand actively resonates with local culture and community. Essentially, it creates a new kind of hotel concept. Following its 2022 debut in Memphis, USA, and subsequent openings in Nashville, Osaka, and Shanghai, the Kabutocho hotel represents the fourth global location. Furthermore, it is the second Caption by Hyatt property in Japan, after Osaka.
