Toranomon Hills Joel Robuchon Cafe Launches 2nd Bright Pink Tiger Pattern Sandwich

The cafe “Le Cafe La Boutique de Joel Robuchon Toranomon Hills“, that follows Joël Robuchon’s culinary philosophy brings a new popular tiger-patterned sandwich “Tora Sandwich-French Duck Prosciutto Ham & Mimolette Cheese” today, October 27.

This is the second tiger-patterned sandwich exclusive to the Toranomon Hills location.

The sandwich is made with seasonal vegetables like beets and pumpkin, French duck prosciutto and mimolette, a slightly sour Franboise sauce. The pink color of the tiger pattern comes from beets, and the black from bamboo charcoal kneaded into the dough to express the pink tiger pattern.

They also sell the petite-sized “Kids Tiger Sandwich” that was well received for the first tiger pattern sandwich launch. The small size makes it easy to eat even when taking out for lunch.

In addition to the delivery service by Uber Eats, they have started a mobile order for takeout. Order online 30 minutes prior to pickup to avoid a line.
