Shaved “Ice” uses pure water produced by natural unheated method, which is obtained by pumping natural water cultivated by Azumino, Shinshu, where natural water of the magnificent Northern Alps abounds.

“Amanatto”, which is a fluffy cooked Hokkaido Dainagon adzuki bean, is sprinkled over the ice. They use domestically produced warabi powder to make “warabi mochi” for the sweets in the shop.
