Philippine Expo 2018 is a celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of the Philippines. With close proximity to Japan the neighboring countries have maintained a long deep relationship with each other. Mutual understanding and the aim to continue to build on goodwill and friendship. Continue to bring these 2 countries together.
Over 250,000 Filipinos live in Japan. With an estimated 150,000 attendees during the 4 day event in 2017. Last year’s event was a great success.
So mark your calendar June 14th-17th at Ueno Park and message your friends. Free entry and live entertainment. Many food booths and other vendors.
Philippine Expo initiative is to provide a space where people of all nationalities and countries can gather and enjoy, to encourage people to appreciate the culture and beauty of the Philippines and Filipinos.
