Cod roe (“tarako” in Japanese) spaghetti specialty store “Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti” will add a new item “4 types of cod roe and soup stock spaghetti” on September 7 on the menu for a limited time.

The “4 types of cod roe and spaghetti with dashi soup” is made with 4 types of cod roe: a whole raw cod roe and grilled cod roe, coocked cod roe and kombu(seaweed) and the loose one mixed with the noodle.

The total amount of cod roe is 1.5 times that of the signature menu item, “Aburi Tarako Dashi Spaghetti,” which is broiled cod roe mixed with noodles.

Complimentary ginger rice promotion

When you order this limited item, you will get a complimentary Ginger rice between September 7 to 21.

The 4 types of cod roe can be enjoyed not only with spaghetti, but also with “ginger rice” cooked with dashi(soup stock and ginger. Furthermore, pour extra dashi over the rice and tarako to make “ochazuke”.
