Planning Your Visit

The Supply/Ushihama gate will serve as your exclusive entry point to the festival grounds, and it will be open promptly from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on both days.

Please note, however, and this is important, that there will be absolutely no public parking available for vehicles, motorcycles, or bicycles on the base itself. Therefore, public transportation, specifically the train, provides the most convenient and recommended way to arrive.

Ushihama station (JR Ome Line) is a 10-minute walk to the gate. Haijima station (JR Ome Line/Seibu Haijima Line) is also an option, about a 20-minute walk away.

Due to expected crowds at Ushihama, using Haijima station might offer smoother access.

Important Entry Information

To ensure smooth entry, all U.S. and Japanese visitors aged 18+ must present valid photo ID confirming nationality. Acceptable forms include a passport, driver’s license, My Number card, or residence ID.

Furthermore, non-Japanese and non-U.S. visitors must bring a passport and residency card and register 72 hours prior to the event via Eventbrite.

For security purposes, please be aware that we will search all bags before granting entry to the festival grounds. A comprehensive list of prohibited items will be clearly displayed at the entrance; consequently, we highly recommend reviewing this information beforehand to avoid any potential issues or delays.

Finally, as a helpful tip, remember to come prepared as there are no mobile phone or device charging stations available within the festival area.
