Cold cream soda mixed with sake
“Sake Bar Kuranoya” in Shimbashi, Tokyo has started offering “Adult Sake Cream Soda” mixed with Japanese Sake on August 13.
Focusing on “cream soda”, which has been rapidly gaining popularity due to the recent retro boom in Japan, they have created a new dessert cocktail with sake by using the original arrangement unique to “Sake Bar Kuranoya”.
You can choose the sake you want for your cocktail, but they recommend the limited-time “summer liquor”. The refreshing summery flavor invites coolness.
The four-colored cocktails offered at the cafe are made easy to drink, mixed with syrup of green apple, pink grapefruit, passion fruit, and blue curacao respectively, together with frozen fruits to create a cute look. Enjoy with the vanilla ice cream.
