A hotel in Fukuoka “Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk” will start “Hilton Sweets Buffet SWEETS POP ART” at 4th Floor Brasserie & Lounge At Ciara, on July 22 and the event will last through September 26 on every weekend and holidays only.

Summer fruits turn into pop art
The theme of the sweets buffet for the summer this year is “pop art” – Bright pop-colored sweets that jump into your eyes in the hot summer sunshine. The pastry chefs transform desserts made with summer fruits such as melons, mangoes and watermelons into colorful and pop works of art.
Enjoy the photogenic sweets in the open atrium space with a ceiling height of 40 meters.

The pastry chef’s specialty, “BIG Summer Fruit Tart,” uses plenty of vitamin-colored summer fruits such as mango, papaya, orange, and lemon.
“Puka Puka Watermelon Jelly” is now available in a design that resembles a floating ring with a sliced cross section.
“Splash Lime Cheesecake” is an artistic dessert that expresses the moment when lime falls into the sea of cheese cream.
