KADOKAWA Opens “Hapidanbui” Cafe in Narita on January 13

A Japanese publisher KADOKAWA Co., Ltd. will open a collab cafe with a male character unit “Hapidanbui” of Sanrio Co., Ltd. at “Narita Anime Deck” in Narita International Airport Terminal 2 for a limited time from January 13 through April 12.

What is Narita Anime Deck?

Narita Anime Deck is an experience-based entertainment facility with a space of approximately 76 m2 operated by KADOKAWA, which opened in November 2019. Enjoy the charm of Japan’s world-class anime culture and characters in various ways such as goods, food, events, and photo spots.

Who is Hapidanbui?

Hapidanbui is a Sanrio character which comprises 6 unique men – Pochakko, Tuxedo Sam, Keroppi, Badtz-Maru, Hangyodon, Pekkle of Ahiru, with the concept ” “Happy Ni Naritai”(boys who want to be happy), aim for V-shaped recovery”.

Printed latte

The collaboration cafe has a section where you can learn more about the charm of Hapidanbui, such as a photo spot with the theme of the new visual “cool paint” and an introduction of each member, as well as an original food and drinks inspired by 6 members. The highly recommended items are printed lattes with each member wearing different costumes and flavors.
