Mitsui Garden Hotel Opens in Yokohama On May 16, 2023
Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. and Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. announced that they will open “Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier” in Yokohama Connect Square on May 16, 2023.
This Mitsui Fudosan’s new hotel will be the first Mitsui Garden Hotel that opens in Kanagawa Prefecture. They will start accepting reservations on November 1, 2022.
The hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from Minatomirai Station on the Yokohama Minatomirai Line and a 10-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station on the JR Negishi Line. Also it is located close to large-scale complex facilities such as the Red Brick Warehouse and Pacifico Yokohama.
This hotel will be the 9th location in Japan as part of the “Mitsui Garden Hotels” Premier Series. The average size of the guest rooms is about 30 square meters, and you can enjoy the expansive scenery from all rooms.
Based on the concept of “Yokohama SKY CRUISING”, the lobby on the 20th floor is likened to the deck of a cruiser, and the soft curves of a ship are incorporated into the design.
In addition, the 20th floor has multiple facilities including a sky pool where you can enjoy the scenery of Minato Mirai from various angles, a restaurant / bar, a fitness gym, etc.
What you expect in the hotel
1. Lobby, lounge and terrace area
The lobby located on the 20th floor has a lounge area with a grand piano, where you can spend quality time with music.
The terrace that extends from the lobby is filled with sunlight during the day, and the waterscape and plants are lit up at night.
2. Sky pool, whirlpool
There are two swimming pools, one indoor (length 8.6m, depth 1.2m) and one outdoor (length 9m, depth 0.5m) for hotel guests. There is also a whirlpool outside, so you can spend a refreshing time at an urban resort. Couples and families can stay together.
3. Guest rooms
All rooms are on the 21st floor or higher, so you can enjoy the night view of Minato Mirai with an open view. Most of the guest rooms are spacious with 27ใก and 33ใก areas.

Guest rooms with 1,820mm wide king-size bed (62 rooms), those with a view of Mt. Some of their rooms have microwave and washing machine (20 rooms), which are in high demand from long-stay guests. Female travelers and families can relax in triple bed rooms (30 rooms). Also theater rooms with projectors (14 rooms) are great for movie lovers.
4. Restaurant and bar
A modern Italian dining room and bar are located on the 20th floor. Based on the concept of “-Ristorante that travels around the world-“, they offer sophisticated cuisine that fuses attractive seasonal ingredients with world seasonings, spices, techniques, and esprit using local ingredients.
5. Gym and multi-purpose room
A fitness gym and a multi-purpose room which can be used for meetings are located on 20th floor.
The fitness gym connected to the sky pool uses equipment from Technogym, Europe’s largest fitness machine manufacturer, which has been loved by top athletes and celebrities all over the world.
