Shiseido Parlour Ginza Store’s Fall Taste Fair Starts on October 1

Offering a limited menu with seasonal ingredients

Shiseido Parlour will hold the “Fall Taste Fair” at the Salon de Cafe in the Ginza Location from October 1 through October 31. They will offer a limited menu with seasonal ingredients such as chestnuts, pears, and persimmons that are particular about the season and production area.

“Fall Taste Parfait” ¥2,300 (tax included)

The Earl Gray jelly is combined with traditional vanilla ice cream, fragrant Hojicha ice cream, and Matcha ice cream, and finished with seasonal fruits.

“Kyushu Waguri Mont Blanc with Parfait Jersey Milk” ¥2,400 (tax included)

Kyushu Waguri Mont Blanc with Parfait Jersey Milk

A parfait made with Japanese chestnuts by refining all the ingredients such as ice cream, chestnut cream, and fresh cream. They make three types of ice cream (vanilla, milk, chestnut) with the milk of Jersey cows grown in Yatsugatake Nobeyama Plateau, Nagano, based on the traditional recipe of Shiseido Parlor.

Autumn Taste Crepe

Vanilla and cinnamon crepes with fromage cream, cassis cream and fall fruits. Served with strawberry sauce.

This is a weekday-only assiette dessert where you can enjoy the traditional menu and seasonal menu of the Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe at the same time. Seasonal menus rotates every month.
