The high-end casual restaurant “NEW LIGHT“, which serves wood-fired dishes and wine in Shibuya Miyashita Park, offers “Strawberry and condensed milk Mont Blanc shaved ice” using Shinshu’s natural ice for a limited time from April 5 through mid May.

Well, it’s all about high quality
The shaved uses a rich strawberry sauce made of plenty of strawberries on the finely ground Shinshu natural ice, with squeezing a delicate strawberry with a diameter of 1 mm and Mont Blanc cream made of cream cheese on a smooth condensed milk espuma.
They put sweet condensed milk ice cream in the shaved ice. The adjusted balance between the amount and sweetness of each sauce is the key. Enjoy the change in taste by sprinkling the black honey that is served together if you like.
