THE BIFTEKI is Now Open in Kawasaki. It’s part of the OIC group which centers Lopia supermarket with 79 locations in Japan and Taiwan.
So we had a chance to eat their BIFTEKI. Check out the REEL!

Quality: Beef
THE BIFTEKI uses grain-fed Angus beef. It has a distinctive flavor of meat and fat, and is highly praised for its juicy and tender meat quality. Among them, they have carefully selected Black Angus cattle with a strong black Angus lineage and a high proportion of black hair.
They also focus on shoulder loin, which has a perfect balance of lean meat and moderate fat. So enjoy the original flavor of tender, juicy meat!
Quality: Temperature
Also to mention, the restaurant uses “teppanyaki style” to cook meat by a chef. The iron plate is designed to maintain a temperature of 55℃, allowing customers to enjoy your steak hot from start to finish without overcooking and staying juicy.
Price & Portion
Their signature item, BIFTEKI (beef steak), is 180g in medium size for ¥910 (¥1,000 including tax), and the beefsteak set(rice and soup) is ¥1,082 (¥1,190 including tax).
If you are tight on budget, go fo “Chiki Teki” (Chicken Steak). The size M in the photo below, 270g, is only ¥637 (¥700 including tax)!!
