A Harajuku crepe specialty store “Marion” will open the first store of the new brand “Le Nouveau produit par marion” in Jiyugaoka on November 6.
“Le Nouveau” is an evolutionary crepe specialty store that creates the new taste of Marion crepe, as the name of the store means “new” in French.
They are particular about the ingredients and use domestic wheat for the crepe dough. The crepe dough comes with 2 options – galette dough (buckwheat flour) and spinach dough. Furthermore, they use 100% fresh cream from Hokkaido to create good texture and flavor.
For pet lovers: through trial and error with the cooperation of a specialized university, they have developed a crepe that dogs can eat safely.

Sauteed Apple and cinnamon ¥650 (tax included)
The original dough with a light texture is well-balanced with the exquisite acidity of apple and the sweetness of authentic fresh cream. They use Cinnamon for aroma to create a refreshing yet deep taste.
White sauce, ham and egg cheese galette ¥980 (tax included)
They use eggs blended with mozzarella and gouda cheese and finish with carefully selected ham and mushroom white sauce. This is a perfect dish for lunch and dinner.
Cheese yogurt and apple doggy crepe-whipped-style tailoring- ¥ 380
They use cottage cheese and yogurt to make it a whipped cream that even a dog can eat. They use organic plant fermented extract (chocolate sauce style) .
