The world’s *largest VR event “Virtual Market 2021” starts online Metaverse on December 4th through December 19 with over 80 companies! And JR East “Virtual Akihabara Station” will version up this year!

A comprehensive shopping mall “Winter Claus Mall” will open in Parareal Akihabara, one of the exhibition venues for exhibitors. Appearing only during Virtual Market 2021, the mall has a huge snow-covered Christmas tree in the center, and various types of stores are lined up with Christmas lightups around the atrium. Pass through the toll gates at Suica, take a train to explore the world of Metaverse, and popular characters from Evangelion, Crayon Shin-chan, and Sword Art Online will decorate the space of Virtual Akihabara Station.
Furthermore, a part of Virtual Akihabara Station will be implemented in the browser venue where you can enter by just clicking the URL from your smartphone, so that more people can experience it.

Make-your-own-goods store “Kana Pro Market” offers photoshoot area where the photos taken are reflected in the ornaments displayed on the Christmas tree.
